We are in the communication business, and previously focused on work within Japan. However, we have increased our hiring of foreign students, in order to activate the whole organization by affiliation with expanding overseas communication industries, responding to expanding businesses by improving services for oversea users, etc. Furthermore, we are hiring human resources from various cultures and different ways of thinking. Currently, such persons make up 5% of our total, but we would like to increase that percentage in phases. The level standard for Japanese speaking ability at the time of hiring is not strict. While a certain level of reading and writing and communication ability is required, we are more interested in achievement and attitude built through study in Japan, and an eagerness and sense of purpose, such as shown in the degree of being actively involved in club activities and cross-cultural exchanges. We expect a strong sense of eagerness and ability from foreign students.
