The Congratulatory Party is for students to praise the efforts of their fellow students and share their joy, and is attended by many successful applicants each year. This year, parties were held in a grand style at the Imperial Hotel (Peacock Room) for Colleges in Tokyo, Yokohama, Omiya, Chiba, and Sendai, and the Hotel New Otani Osaka (Ho-oh Room) for colleges in Osaka, Tenouji, Kyoto, Nagoya.

- Advanced Information Processing Technician Examination of Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry (Network, Database, Information, IT Strategist)45 students from the Specialized Course passed (2010)
- *13 International students passed the basic information technician examination, and 5 international students passed the IT Passport Examination after six months enrolled in our school (2010)
- *Exemption of the morning examination of Fundamental Information (for Information courses only) is waived by Risshisha.
- Certified Public Accountant Examination- youngest successful applicant in Japan ('83, '86, '88, '91, '97, '98, '06, '08) Passed while in college, 19 students (2009), Passed while in college, 13 students (2010)
- Tax Accountant Examination-youngest successful applicant in Japan (1983, 1984, 1986, 1991, 1992, 1993, 1994, 1995, 1996, 1998, 1999, 2002, 2003, 2004)
- Tax Accountant Examination-Passed while in school in five subjects, 9 years in a row (2002-2010)
- (there was one successful applicant of 5 subjects from a Japanese university, in 2010)

*The Data Processing Specialist Examination of Japan is promoted under the Joint Authentication Agreement of the Data Processing Specialist Examination of Japan with 11 countries and districts in Asia- China, Korea, Taiwan, Singapore, India, the Philippines, Thailand, Vietnam, Myanmar, Malaysia, and Mongol.
Since 1979, Risshisha has made outstanding achievements in the National Bar Examination, Certified Public Accounting Examination, Tax Accountant Certification Examination, National Examination for Information Processing Technicians, etc. In classes at this college,6-8 classmates are grouped together for seminar study.This study method encourages the autonomous study and promotes good relationships between students as adults, in the spirit of cooperation, with the goal of developing high practical business ability. For foreign students, this class system rapidly increases their Japanese language ability.
